Why We Love Rentals
Rentals are a challenge. We're used to very heavy soiling and often
working without electricity (lights, air conditioning, heat)
or water. We love the scheduling flexibility that lockboxes provide.
There is no furniture. It's just a very simple process. And we
do it as inexpensively as possible so you get the maximum return
on your investment.
Pricing
Cleaning is often a more cost-effective alternative to replacement.
$25/Area (Room) of Carpet
Stairs are One Area
Cost Recovery Fees: Travel (Mileage), Waste Management ($3.50), Processing ($0.50).
Extra Chemical Charges: Charged in $6 increments for extra preconditioner. Most rentals require one extra chemical charge. For paint or other heavy petroleum based spots, a solvent spotting chemical charge may be necessary if large quantities of the chemical are used.
Trash Out: $50. his price is a deterrent. Trash/large debris should be removed from carpeted areas prior to our arrival.
Other Pricing Notes:
Per area charge is $5.00/area cheaper than our lowest residential
cleaning package. Halls/closets are discounted unless they have
major issues or are logistically difficult.
Dry times are not guaranteed with this package. Usually near-maximum moisture is required to fully clean the carpet, so give it a full day to dry.
On occasion, heavy spills that saturate the carpet backing/padding may wick up during drying. Prevention/correction of this rare issue is extra service.
Deodorization of heavy odors is a specialty of ours. Charges vary by intensity of the condition and method used to correct it.
We are fully able to dry out your rental in the event of flooding from ruptured pipes, water heaters, toilets, etc.

But while we pull off miraculous cleaning of even some of the worst
filth in some of the least desirable parts of town, there are still
limits to our powers!!!
Please understand that while we are able to extract 100% of soil, there may be permanent wear/damage/shadowing of carpet fibers that we cannot correct. There is statistically a 4% chance of wick-back. Other problems/issues may arise. Please bear in mind that the soiling in these units are no Sunday School picnic, and that we will do everything within our incredible power to pull off a cheap miracle for you!!!
We structure our service entirely for your convenience. Please help us to give you maximum service by scheduling us in advance and by scheduling all other contractors (painters, etc.) well in advance of our arrival. Please have debris cleared off the carpeted areas and ensure that access is taken care of. Note: while we do not require water or power, their availability may improve the quality of your cleaning, depending on the nature of the soiling/spotting or drying needs.
