What
Sets Us Apart?
Our technicians actually deliver service.
The number one problem with most janitorial service providers is that
they don't actually clean your facility.
Because this is a public access website (accessible to our competition), we cannot explain here the details of our superior human resources program that motivates our people to actually clean your facility... day after day... with top quality.
We Bring to Your Facility:
Janitorial
Programs
Janitation - (n) technique of effectively sanitizing surfaces
during the janitorial process.
Janitation greatly reduces employee absenteeism due to illness. Offices are a great place for viral and bacterial contagion. Following proper workplace disinfection procedures reduces the unnecessary risk of catching a cold at the office.

Black light inspections ^
Black light inspections indicate the presence of body fluids or other potentially infectious materials.
Consultation Services
Put our experience to work for you. For new construction or existing
buildings, we can provide a wealth of information about getting
the most out of your facility's flooring, fixtures, and other features.
We consult in these areas:
Air Quality
The design of our backpack-style HEPA vacuums allows for
complete removal of dust/contaminants and prevents the "stirring
up of dust" that upright vacuums are known for.
We derive our air quality standards from the EPA. We know how much carpet care contributes to air quality.

Carpet Care Solutions
Notice: Never let just any janitor touch your facility's carpet
- its cleaning is a special service.
Soil Content Tests
Soil content tests tell technicians how much soil is in
the carpet vs. how much soil should be in
the carpet.
More than appearance, Air
Quality is the number one function of carpet care.
The carpet is your facility's biggest air filter. The Environmental
Protection Agency recognizes carpet as a filter for trapping particulate
matter (PM), like dust, allergens, and other contaminants. The EPA
specifies the use of regular vacuuming (with HEPA filters) and periodic
hot water extraction to capture and dispose of these pollutants.
